Paxray is a deep-tech company based in Baden-Württemberg, founded in 2022 by business informatics graduates Dr. Jonas Wanner and Dr. Adrian Hofmann.
Our vision is to make digital work visible and understandable — not through assumptions, but by capturing what really happens in day-to-day operations.
What has long required interviews, workshops, or observations — often subjective and incomplete — can now be understood through data. Born from academic research in real-world process management at the university of Wurzburg, Paxray gives organizations a clear, objective view of how their processes truly run.
This shared understanding empowers teams to improve the way they work — where it actually matters.
